Goals 2005

  • Recruitment consulting practice to be firmly established. Minimum 25 running engagements from Domestic majors and 25 from US staff augmentation firms.
  • Remote Data Management practice to be expanded, staff to be added and 50 AMC's generated. Our reach will not be constrained by the geographical distributions of the customers data centers.
  • Launch and stabilize the US service center in New Jersey . This center will offer off-shore recruiting teams to Fortune 1000 technology majors and sales/ delivery support to the DBA group.
  • India delivery center and US service center to operate in a seamless manner with single point of contact for each account.
  • Hire and train a team that will learn and master the processes necessary for a complete document management solution that includes content creation, review, audit/approval, distribution/publishing and archiving.
