Bala has over 15 years of experience servicing clients from multiple industries. His experience includes major accounts in the Asian Sub Continent, North America and South America.

More recently he has been heading specialty Tech recruiting teams servicing Wall Street firms in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area.
KAVITA IYER – Technical Services
- Kavita has a background in database architecture and administration. Over 9 years of experience include Fortune 500 clients from the Insurance, Law and Health care industries.
- Trouble-shooting, disaster recovery and Database Strategy are her strengths. She is acknowledged by her clients and peers as an undisputed ‘forward-thinker' and ‘problem-solver'.
GIRISH MAHADEVAN – Finance Controller
- Girish has over 8 years of experience handling accounting/taxation issues for MNC's in the manufacturing and technology sectors.
- More recently he has been involved with a large BPO operation heading an independent profit center servicing select European clients.
Brig. N.B. SUBRAMANIAN – Human Resources
- Brig Subramanian has spent over three decades serving the Indian Army. Being a people intensive institution, he has had years of experience recruiting, training, managing and resettling employees from diverse background. At the time of his retirement he was responsible for the well being of over 10,000 personnel under his command.
- Brig. Subramanian is responsible for all of FogHorn's HR needs.
