Choosing our Standard package will provide you will all the basic functions of a DBA including backups and tested recovery plans. A DBA will be assigned to work with you during office hours and support will be available 24/7 in case of emergency.

The Complete Package will give you added support for migrations and upgrades, Also available is 24/7 support and onsite support when needed.

The Custom Package will allow you to pick and choose from our various services and create a customized service chart.

In addition to our hands-on work, we use an extensive set of scripts to monitor the health of your database systems. Our team uses these set of scripts to monitor your database systems, proactively manage performance and growth, and keep your systems highly available. You receive real-time notification of performance, stability, and scalability issues before they compromise performance or result in expensive downtime.

We specialize in implementation of Oracle systems on Linux and UNIX platforms.

Our monitoring tools and remote access policies are developed to fit in with your system security and firewall integrity. We will only be connecting by secure shell method or VPN or other such secure method. You are in complete control, and your system security and integrity are maintained.
