
Domestic Recruiting - Overview
As a result of the current economic rebound, organizations are looking for quality manpower in almost all functional areas. The gap between demand and supply of quality manpower is increasing with the progress of time. Organizations need to bridge this gap and bridge it in the minimum amount of time possible.
FogHorn senses the opportunity to form strong client relationships keeping in line with its overall vision. It is our conviction that a HR consulting firm really needs to feel the challenge and rapid transformation that our client HR teams are going through. It is also our opportunity to prove that we can and will put the words ‘Trust' & ‘Reliability' into action just as easily as we can say them.
It is our endeavor to offer ourselves as an extension of the clients own HR Team. To know what they know, to feel the pressures that they feel and to be as dedicated to their clients as they themselves are.
Client Processes:
All Recruitment initiatives will commence with a presentation made to the client HR team composed of their senior managers as well as immediate operational staff. In this presentation we will lay down our service charter, make a definitive statement of commitment, establish basic performance yardsticks and approach each of their needs without prejudice and outmost enthusiasm.
We will also lay down a few basic needs that we would have of the client in order that we may achieve our common goals. A direct communication line to the reporting manager of the potential hire would be one such. There would also be a checklist that we would go through and certain proprietary information we would need after the signing of a non-disclosure agreement.
At FogHorn, we are very clear that recruiting is a two way process and we take ownership of its success. Identifying the right mix of resources and ensuring the individuals have complete information about the client and specific information about the job are backbend processes integral to our system.
Once we have successfully solicited the business, delivery is a matter of utmost priority and a process intensive function for us.
An overall objective for our delivery team is to take away the pain of performing ‘Mundane'and time consuming tasks from our HR partners.
Recruiter/Resource Processes
We have devised a checklist that all recruiters will follow and a final quality check performed by the Delivery Manager, prior to Resumes being forwarded to the client. These checks will be followed regardless of the pressure or time constraint. To Stretch ourselves and meet client deadlines is just the first step in establishing ‘Trust' & ‘Reliability' in all we do.
